About
the Santana's
I was born & raised right here in Santa Clara County.
Coming from a real estate family, my father was a Real
Estate Apprasier for Santa Clara County for 32 years.
My grandfather, Frank Santana, developed the Rose garden area
of San Jose and was President of the San Jose Board of
Realtors and is the Santana whom Santana Row was named
after.
I guess I was destined to be involved with real estate.
I received my real estate license in 1981 at 19
years old,...the youngest person in my school!

Ever since,
my wife Daniela and I have been blazing our own real
estate trails in projects ranging from mobile homes
to downtown commercial buildings.
When we are not engaging in
real estate you can find us at the race track racing go-karts
or riding our motorcycle down Highway 1 along the spectacular
coastline of California (something everyone should do at
least once in their life).
